The valve drive shaft is very sensitive to radial forces. Therefore, it is not allowed to directly install belt wheels, gears, and sprockets on the drive shaft end of the motor, and the coaxiality of the prime mover output shaft and the high pressure ball valve drive shaft must be checked during installation. In order to avoid the wedge-shaped gap between the valve body and the valve plate caused by the bending of the drive shaft, increase leakage, reduce the volumetric efficiency, aggravate the wear between the valve body and the valve plate, and seriously affect the efficiency and service life of the high-pressure ball valve.
